What else do we have to do here to get 5-8 applicants per week for the next 3 weeks? These are the tactics we are doing to attract top talent recruits: -raised starting wages from $18 to $20/hour -Offer multiple employment paths (career with benefits, seasonal, PT/FT, flexibility) -Identified our ideal candidate profile including value alignment, problem solving, precision, tenacity -created a application, phone interview, in person interview process to select a great team culture fit (Our core values are: Show up, Take care, Get better) -created a landing page on our new HSL website dedicated to recruitment (link above) -created a 3 minutes, 30 second & 2 15 second recruiting videos (also on HSL website above) -created a generous internal team referral program -created a generous networking team referral program (see below) -Created 5 different job postings, posting weekly to Craigslist -Using our new recruitment video in a boosted FB ad campaign for hiring -Sharing videos with employees to repost their social media We are also offering a generous Team Referral Program
